Wordless Wednesday - the smile says it all!

It was a beautiful Summer day, so we decided to head over to our local Nursing Home for a Therapy Dog visit.  The residents were so happy to see Ryder, they all had big smiles on their faces.  Ryder was sporting a pretty big smile himself!

  4. What a wonderful thing to do Ryder. The nursing home my grandmother was in allowed dog visitors. Bailey was hugely popular with the residents and I literally had to justify when we didn't bring him to the regulars that would sit out front. They would be outraged if we left him at home. There is something so special about the way a dog who is comfortable with people responds to residents and gives them unconditional love.

  7. It is pawsome being able to bring the pups along to nursing home. Dad remembers visiting with Essex and Deacon at the nursing home his father was at. People loved to see them.

  8. Rider is such a handsome pup. I am sure he brought a lot of happiness to the residents of the nursing home facility. What a great way to give back to the community.
