Hello again!! In response to your comment on my blog, I absolutely love the collie breed! Patric (my husband) grew up with several collies, and Brighton is my first dog ever. I love his temperament, his expressions, his personality, and our "conversations" -- he's a vocal boy!! It's such a shame that he had so many health problems, culminating in an FHO surgery when he was 9 months old. He is 1 yr 6 months old now, and has some limitations in life like he can only sit on one side of his body, will never jump in/out of a car on his own, and can't see to get into a "down" position, etc. (You can see past posts on my blog for more details if interested). We got a collie with hopes that he can go running and backpacking with us, and be my first agility dog. He will never do all that, but he's enjoying life and is definitely doing much now than ever before. He walked 8 miles a day on this Hocking Hills weekend hike trip and still wanted more! We will definitely be getting more collies though, I'm hooked. : )
ah that looks just like my sister and me..only i usually lay on top of her head...hey ryder do you have your photo shoot picture for the ball yet? I am getting mine taken tomorrow. Maggie and stella rose
